Installing Eclipse ADT and Android SDK

For Windows users new to Java.

You need to find and download the Java development kit or you will get errors saying you don't have a development runtime environment. Do this first before installing Eclipse or Android SDK.

Also for Windows users make sure you are logged on the admin account for this whole installation or you'll get missing file messages because you need admin privileges.
